Load an existing config, use the bundled default, or start with a minimal file.

Select saroocfg.txt

Use Global for default behavior, or Game List for per-game fixes.

Recommended normal-use log_mask is blank or 0. Useful debug values: 10 = info only, 14 = file I/O + info, 11c = full CD debug I/O.
